Cathy is married with three adult children.  Her nursing background and love of helping people are key to helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the emotional process of any real estate experience.  Whether it’s the excitement of buying a new home or the emotions of parting with a lifetime of memories, Cathy’s strengths and skills help clients feel more confident and at ease.

As a Realtor, Cathy will listen, show compassion and always be honest while putting her clients’ best interests first.  Cathy’s skills and experience in developing effective working rapport with co-workers while coordinating major fundraising and community events benefit her clients in successfully negotiating real estate transactions. Gretchen spent several years devoted to education and community issues while actively volunteering, fundraising, and participating in events in the schools, her church, and the Milwaukee community.  She loves sports, exercising, trying new restaurants, spending time with her family and four adult children and their spouses, hanging out with friends, travel and beach vacations.

As a Realtor, Gretchen uses her law background, as well as her love of people, to help buyers and sellers from all walks of life successfully and enjoyably navigate the real estate market.  She believes that her hard work ethic, integrity, community connections and attention to detail are of great value in serving her clients. Gretchen’s favorite part of the real estate profession is getting to know clients during the process of buying and selling their home and finding creative ways to help clients achieve success.
