They were always available to answer questions, seek out more information, and make sure that we were taken care of. Their expertise as well as their kind and welcoming personalities always made us feel more comfortable. We can't imagine having gone through the process without them.

Looking for houses in general can be stressful and grueling, but add in looking for houses from the East Coast- it takes the situation to a new level. Cathy and Gretchen were so flexible to meet with my mom to view the houses, were extremely communicative, and were honest. Cathy and Gretchen were wonderful to work with! We had to go through the home-buying process virtually since we lived out of state, so they were extra accommodating with our situation and always available to talk. They really worked hard and went the extra mile for us to help make sure our offer got accepted.

We met Cathy and Gretchen by happenstance. We walked into a showing on the east side by the lake and they were busy setting up, but they more than made time to warmly greet us. We were in the process of finding a realtor we could trust to SELL and BUY from at the time. They reached out via email two days later. CG came to us in Bay View and fell in love with our place. They blew away the ideas of their competition, coming up with ways to maximize space and optimize the yard. They brought in a photographer and videographer. They came up with a strategy that ended up setting a new record of price per square foot the area. They hustled day and night to say the least. While that could be the happy end of this story, it is not. CG helped us find a new place on a Sunday evening even though we weren't officially looking yet. We had walked into a showing casually, but fell in love with this place. Cathy called while we were there and realized we were interested and said we will be right there. They were! There were three offers. They sat with us on a Sunday night listening but not influencing us to make best offer. We now have our dream home. In this process Cathy and Gretchen became our friends. We could not be happier about the decisions we made hiring them. Thank you, ladies!

My wife and I met Gretchen and Cathy randomly at an open house just as we were beginning a search for a new home in Milwaukee. Our lucky day! We have done 8 real estate transactions in our lives and never had as positive an experience as this one, buying or selling. Two weeks later we had made a decision to sell, and contacted Cathy and Gretchen to represent us. The selling process was seamless, governed by two professionals that guided us through the process. There are so many words to describe CG Realtors, first and foremost HUSTLE! They hustled each and everyday with great communication, along with an understanding that selling and buying creates a lot of stress and emotions. They supplied data to us to make educated decisions, yet those decisions were never influenced which at the end of the day was very important to us. I would highly recommend CG for either side of the home buying/selling transaction.
