You'd expect a realtor to help you sell a house. What you wouldn't expect is two understanding women to to treat you as a new friend. But that's what you get with Cathy and Gretchen. We had some unusual requirements for our house sale, but they were just a small hurdle to be overcome for the two experienced women. Cathy and Gretchen are smart, energetic and worked extremely hard as our realtors. They did a great job once we agreed to a listing but the real work began when we received an offer while out of town and in a bad internet connection area. The buyer was from out of town and wanted an answer that evening. Through that evening and the next day, Cathy and Gretchen worked overtime to save the buyer and get the deal done. Overall we had a great experience with Cathy and Gretchen from start to finish!

Cathy and Gretchen were phenomenal! In the most serendipitous of ways we came across THE HOUSE a week before our 5th child was due. They moved mountains to make sure all things were lined up and the process was seamless. Had it not been for them we would have missed out on the house of our dreams!
